What we provide

The SEE Next Level Experience offers an excellent opportunity for vendors/exhibitors to network with attendees. We have 10 vendor spots available. We are accepting two vendors per category. The categories include:

Hair Care/Body Products

Jewelry/Accessories

Service Organizations

What we provide

Each vendor is provided the name of your business in our conference program. You will be assigned a six foot table, two chairs and a table drape. Please be aware that there is limited electrical access so plan accordingly. Also, the conference exhibitor/vendor fee does not include meals. If you wish to have a meal provided please email vendors@seenextlevel.com for meal options and costs.

Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at The SEE Next Level Experience. SEE Next Level makes your Experience meaningful as a vendor. We limit the number of vendors for Saturday, June 15th at the Irving Convention Center.

As a vendor you will have the opportunity to have premium vendor space in and around the Next Level Experience Saturday, June 15th. We anticipate an estimated number of attendees anywhere between 300 - 400 adult women and teenage girls. Applications for the 2019 event will be open until May 1, 2019. Since there are a limited number of spots all vendor deposit payments of $100 are due with each application. We have provided a link at the end of the application to accept your payment.

Breakdown Time: 6:00 pm (after general session closes)

Will you offer an on site discounts for incentive to purchase at the event? *

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

We require each vendor to donate one item for our giveaways during our general session. This is to draw the attendees to your table at the end of the sessions. This has been very successful for each vendor that has participated in the conference in the past. We are not guaranteeing sales but there will be traffic flow.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

The vendor deposit is $100 and the final payment of $175 is due by May 1st to keep the secured spot. If payment is not received 50% of the deposit will be refunded by May 10th and the spot will be opened up to another vendor in that particular category. A reminder email will be sent out the day before final payment is due.

ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THIS APPLICATION YOU WILL BE TAKEN TO A SEPARATE PAGE TO PAY YOUR VENDOR FEE.
